Due to the perishable nature of seafood products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 24 hours at hello@mtraderslastltd.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Wholesale Orders

For wholesale order disputes, please contact us directly. Each case is reviewed individually.
